These Terms and Conditions govern all bookings and stays made through MyDRaparta.com or any of our affiliated platforms. By confirming a reservation, the guest acknowledges and agrees to abide by the following provisions:

1. Reservations and Payments
• Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Payments are processed through secure online platforms. Transaction or bank fees (if any) are non-refundable.
• Reservations are valid only for the number of guests declared at booking. Unauthorized occupancy may result in immediate termination of stay without refund.

2. Check-In and Check-Out
• Check-in: from 16:00.
• Check-out: before 11:00.
Early Check-In (subject to availability):
• Up to 2 hours earlier – free of charge.
• Up to 4 hours earlier – USD 25.
• Before 11:00 – charged as an extra night.
Late Check-Out (subject to availability):
• Up to 2 hours later – free of charge.
• Until 14:00 – USD 20.
• Until 15:00 – USD 30.
• Until 16:00 – USD 40.
• After 16:00 – charged as an extra night.
All modifications must be confirmed in advance.

3. Guest Registration and Online Check-In
• Guests must complete the mandatory online check-in on our platform at least 24 hours prior to arrival.
• In cases where the property is not integrated with our online platform, guest details and passport numbers must be submitted by secure form or email.
• Failure to provide required information may result in booking cancellation without refund.

4. Occupancy and Conduct
• Maximum occupancy is specified per property listing and must not be exceeded.
• Smoking, pets, parties, and loud gatherings are prohibited.
• Quiet hours: 23:00 – 08:00.
• Guests must respect neighbors, staff, and the property itself.

5. Utilities and Additional Fees
• Electricity is billed separately at 20 DOP per 1 kWh, based on actual meter readings.
• Exception: Townhouses include 30 kWh per day; additional usage is billed separately.
• All outstanding charges (utilities, damages, extra services) must be paid before check-out.

6. Housekeeping and Maintenance
• Properties are cleaned and prepared prior to guest arrival. Additional cleaning services are available for a fee.
• Guests must immediately report damages or malfunctions. Costs may apply if left unreported.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy
1. Free Cancellation – up to 30 days before arrival: 100% refund of booking amount.
2. Partial Refund – 14 to 30 days before arrival: 50% refund of booking amount.
3. Non-Refundable – less than 14 days before arrival: No refund; only proportional refund of taxes (if applicable).
4. No-Show: No refund will be issued.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method. Guests are strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance.

8. Liability
• MyDRaparta is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
• Guests are liable for any damage to property or furnishings caused during their stay.
• Access to balconies, rooftops, or other elevated areas is at the guest’s own risk.

9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Santo Domingo.
